The restaurant’s menu offers guests both the comfort of familiarity and an element of surprise. The chefs use imaginative cooking methods, but the focus is on clean, fresh ingredients, high quality and simplicity. We value all that Estonia’s nature, farmers, fishermen and other small producers have to offer.
The restaurant was completely renovated in early 2024, and the walls are decorated with prints by Põlva artist Yyhely Hälvin.

The à la carte menu at the Pesa hotel restaurant is updated twice a year to treat our guests to the freshest and cleanest seasonal produce. In addition, we offer special menus for Christmas, Mother’s Day, the first day of school, Estonian national holidays, etc. For many years now we have also successfully served a special menu “From the Forest to the Plate”. The menu includes gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian options.

The restaurant offers several options for ordering:
- you can order dishes from the à la carte menu or from the group menu when visiting with a larger group (from ten people)
- The Pesa hotel restaurant also provides a banquet service and provides snacks for coffee breaks
- The restaurant’s wine rack offers a rich selection of different wines and the drinks menu includes interesting cocktails.
